This Refund & Return Policy applies specifically to purchases of the Grid Doctor 65W Emergency Power Bank + 15W Solar Panel Kit made through the offer presented at: thegoodprepper.com.
Purchases made through another offer, marketplace, retailer, or sales channel may be subject to the terms presented with that purchase.
Your qualifying purchase is protected by our 60-Day Peace-of-Mind Money-Back Guarantee, measured from the date of delivery.
During the guarantee period, you may unpack, charge, test, and reasonably use the power bank and solar panel in your home or outdoors in accordance with the product instructions.
Normal testing and use does not by itself make the product ineligible for return.
If the product does not perform as expected or you simply decide that it is not right for you, contact Customer Support within 60 days of delivery.
For an eligible return under the 60-day guarantee, we will refund the purchase price paid for the qualifying Grid Doctor kit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including the shipping and handling charge paid when placing the order, except where required by applicable law.
Return-shipping costs are addressed separately below.
Unless Customer Support specifically instructs you otherwise, an eligible return must include:
Normal testing and reasonable use permitted under the 60-day guarantee do not automatically disqualify the product from return.
Products deliberately damaged, materially abused, improperly modified, repaired without authorization, or damaged through use inconsistent with product or safety instructions may not qualify for the promotional guarantee.
Contact Customer Support before shipping the Power Bank.
The Power Bank contains a lithium battery and may be subject to carrier, packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements.
Customer Support will provide the appropriate return destination and instructions.
Do not independently return the Power Bank to the original shipping address, our general business address, or a warehouse unless specifically instructed to do so.
If the Power Bank and Solar Panel Kit are functioning properly but you decide that the product is not right for you, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Retain the product, shipping carton, packaging, shipping labels, and all components while we investigate.
We may request photographs, video, or other reasonable information needed to verify the issue.
If a confirmed delivery problem requires a return, The Good Prepper will arrange or cover the return transportation at no additional cost to you.
The 3-day notification period applies to visible delivery problems and does not mean that a technical defect must appear within the first 3 days.
If you discover a technical problem or defect later, contact Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible after discovering it.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include troubleshooting, replacement of a component, replacement of the product, a return and refund, or another appropriate remedy.
If a covered product defect is confirmed and return of the product is required, The Good Prepper will arrange or cover the return transportation required to resolve the defect.
Do not independently ship a damaged or defective Power Bank.
Follow all return-shipping, packaging, labeling, and carrier instructions provided by Customer Support.
If the Power Bank shows signs of swelling, overheating, leakage, smoke, fire damage, or other serious battery damage, stop using it and contact Customer Support before moving, packaging, or shipping the unit.
After the return has been received and confirmed as eligible, the applicable refund of the product purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.
Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The 60-day promotional guarantee is separate from any applicable written product warranty.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
